General Policy
No Refund Policy: All purchases made on FordMC are final and non-refundable. This includes ranks, in-game currency, cosmetics, and any other digital items.
Duration of Services: Purchased ranks and perks remain active for the specified period or until the end of the current season, as indicated at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your purchased item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the purchase.
Unauthorized Purchases: If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, please contact us immediately with proof of the unauthorized transaction.
Ban Policy
Banned Accounts: If your account is banned for violating our server rules, you will not be eligible for a refund of any purchases made. All perks and benefits associated with your purchases will be suspended for the duration of the ban.
Season Resets
Server Resets: When the server undergoes a season reset, certain in-game items and currency may be reset as part of the gameplay experience. Purchased ranks and permanent perks will carry over to the new season unless otherwise specified.
